Organize an Event or Wedding Ceremony at Hortensia House Garden

First Visit: We charge $10 per person (When the wedding is confirmed next visits are free)

Rehearsal: The Day before (or another Day). A small $50 donation would be appreciated.

Confirmed: 3 Months Before

Cost: $300 Payable on the day by Cheque or Cash.

*This fee will be IOO% donated  to the Research  Cancer and Cancer  Society

 

WE ALLOW:

  • Drinks and snacks after the ceremony
  • 10 to 15 chairs
  • Use of Benches and Chairs in the Garden (If you move them, put them back)
  • Toilets at the back of the Garden
  • Possibility to put a Portaloo near the pond

 

WE DON’T PROVIDE:

  • Chairs
  • Marquees
  • Tables (for aperitifs)
  • Glasses
  • Music

 

WE DON’T ALLOW:

  • Marquee
  • Smoking (Precise in your invitation. Especially in the Car Park as it’s a Fire Hazard)

 

BEFORE THE WEDDING:

  • Signal the Wedding with Balloons at the Gate
  • Have somebody to show guests where to park

 

AFTER THE WEDDING:

  • Clean up: Look for Corks, Glasses, Serviettes…
  • Remove the Balloons
  • Petals are fine
